If you have a question or need to report an issue, please add the Problem Report. This way our support team can see the settings and work more efficiently towards resolving the issue.


Default settings for how to send a Problem Report
  • In the SPOS System Settings , click on the Import/Export Settings tab
  • Under the Problem Reporting Options section, select how you want to report an issue
    • If you are using a MAPI enabled email client, chose Mail
    • Otherwise, chose Folder
      • Select the location you want to save a report before sending it manually to DTN.


Reporting a Problem
  • From the Help Icon on the Menu Bar, click on the drop down arrow
  • Select Report a Problem
  • Note: If the application crashes, this option will be presented automatically

  • In the Problem Box, type in as much detail about your problem or question as possible (Adding a screenshot when applicable will also help)
  • Click on the box next to Include options file
    • This will give DTN additional information that may help in solving your problem

  • Click Save
